Fabulous
Great location, clean and comfortable
Liked: Great location. Loved the authentic feel of the room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Antonella was helpful.
Disliked: Burst water pipe meant we didn't have water for a shower one night and one morning. I think 'Juliet balcony' better describes the 'balcony' as 1 person could just about stand on it.
Great spot with friendly hosts, although a bit disappointing with the drain smells in the bathroom
Liked: Great location in Ortigia very close to sea
Disliked: Problem with water meant smelly drains and lack of water at times - think this was at least in part due to a wider issue with the water
good location, good stay
Liked: The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, a variety of restaurants, and Piazza Duomo. The room is spacious and well-appointed, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, prompt, and hassle-free.
Disliked: One thing to note is that there is no daily room cleaning service. I stayed for three days and nobody came to clean the room or replenish amenities. The experience was more similar to a self-service apartment or Airbnb than a hotel.
Good stay in a great location
Liked: Excellent location, clean room, and responsive host. Super walkable to everything.
Disliked: The ceilings are quite low so I would not recommend to anyone over 180cm. My partner who is 187cm (6’2”) had to hunch down to keep from hitting his head.
Liked: The location is really convenient. Nice decoration.
Disliked: The ceiling was lower than we expected and because my partner is tall, he kept hitting his head in some parts of the room. There was basically no air circulation in the room considering that the windows are tiny and on the floor level (street side). It would get really humid there everytime we would shower because of no air circulation. Basically no natural light, and no space for your things in the bathroom.
Liked: Location was quiet, the property was clean and well kept
