Not desirable. Did not stay but had to pay
Liked: The picture is not what we saw in the hotel. Not a representation of the hotel.
Disliked: Before you entered the hotel there was a distinct smell. Not pleasant. Parking was non existent. The man at the front desk came out to show us where to park. We told him the areas were all full and his reply was there will be some. We saw the room and it was not what was pictured or described in the picture. We declined to stay there so the hotel got our money and another free room to rent.
Had a wonderful stay on Ortigia in the perfect location where you could walk everywhere
Liked: We loved the location. The staff was great. The room was perfect for us. Walkable to everywhere. So many restaurants close by. Beautiful area.
