Exceptional
Liked: Good location but you can hear people around and that can disturb you post a late night
Disliked: The staff was unhelpful. We left something behind and they didn’t seem to care about it. This is the occasion when customer service comes up and they were downright uncaring. Not even a pretence.
Lovely residence in heart of Ortigia
Liked: Lovely property right in the centre of Ortigia. Parking next to property. Staff were fantastic

A bright, spacious apartment in the perfect spot in Ortigia, with attentive hosts and parking you wo
Liked: The location is as good as it gets in Ortigia — a quiet street in the old town, minutes from the Duomo, the market and the Lungomare, and with its own internal parking, which almost nothing on the island offers. The apartment was large, bright and spotless, with a good balcony and a view. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, and answered every message quickly, including arranging an early check-in for us.
Disliked: The only issue was the air conditioning in this particular room, which felt underpowered for the size of the space in high summer.
An excellent place to stay in old town Siracusa, it has everything, location, staff and warm staff
Liked: Excellent stay in old town, with private parking! Great location, very good breakfast, and warm, helpful staff!
Disliked: Check in time is strict, closed 1:00 to 3:00 PM.
Stunning apartment in an amazing location
Liked: Beautiful clean room in fantastic area … we safely parked the car and could walk everywhere!! Highly recommend. Nice breakfast on roof terrace and living helpful staff especially the receptionist who greeted us.
Disliked: We struggled to find the place initially but that was probably down to our lack of Wi-Fi on our phones. When you start to drive any in a city, some of the pavements look like you shouldn’t drive on them so we got a bit confused. But that didn’t spoil last day we had a fabulous time.
Charming B&B to explore Syracuse Sicily!
Liked: Great location to restaurants and shopping. Needed taxi from train station to get there. Clean, comfortable and very secure as were all the B&Bs we stayed at. Multiple door codes to get in building, apartment and then room. Nice breakfast too.
Disliked: View from balcony was not worth it and balcony was tiny and didn’t feel safe to be on it.
