Very good
Liked: The only thing stopping me from giving this wonderful property a 10/10 was the young man (son?) who checked us out on the final day. He was very rude. The owners were so helpful and amazing to deal with. We loved the spacious room, comfy bed and fabulous location. Thank you Veronica!

Nice stay in Central Ortigia
Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The ladies in charge of breakfast were lovely and made many an excellent capuccino. The breakfast was delicious.
Incredible room and location in the hearth of Ortigia with good room service and breakfast
Liked: This our 4th time that we come back in the hearth of Ortigia, always in Fabrizio’s Atrio resorts. We tried almost all the rooms, each of them are of excellent quality, if required one can have a continental breakfast, with handmade cakes and multiple options, close to the entry gate, the people working there have been very welcoming and can provide useful local suggestions (apart from the classic boat tours you can find everywhere)
Disliked: some minor fixes would be required here and there (for instance the shower do not work in all its functionalities) plus a non included residence tax to pay only in cash is usually demanded, the cleaning service is not active all the mornings, once our room was not cleaned up properly for instance this time
A hidden gem that has everything you need!
Liked: Location is great, the room was spacious and the staff were lovely! A hidden gem, close to everything, but still hidden away in the alley behind a church
Disliked: The shower cubicle was quite old, needs a replacement for sure, but the only big things that I didn’t love is the toilet and its awkward location, very uncomfortable to use..
Liked: Bed very comfortable, the room was spacious, the air o worked very well and location is very good
Disliked: the staff was not pleasant, very difficult to communicate, and we had to pay the city tax in cash even though we had already paid it when booking Also there was rust in the shower
