Liked: Great boutique hotel in the middle of the old city. Very nice hospitality, good breakfast, can't ask for more.. Highly recommend
Ortigia is precious and Joys’s B&B will help make your stay great!
Liked: Sebastiano Severino made the stay very special due to his constant care and attention to the minimum details.
Disliked: We would like to recommend the breakfast to include eggs and to stablish a specific time to go as one of the days the breakfast room was too crowded, didn’t fit all guests.

Great Location
Liked: Location, lift, & how responsive the host was. I also was transported from car park to apartment at N/C. Good towels & bed pillows.
Disliked: Noise from street was loud at times & very confusing directions to car park. The lot is BEHIND the G8 gas station. I think it was partly language/cultural barrier.
Elegant relaxation with a very attentive host who checked in regularly to see that we were ok
Liked: Location was excellent, centrally located in Ortigia on the main fashion district shopping strip. The rooms are in an elegant building with lots of personality and very well maintained.
Disliked: We had a couple of days where water wasn't running in the room. But I must stress that this was impacting the whole island of Ortigia, so that's outside of the control of the guesthouse.
Nothing special...in a good location
Liked: Very clean, bright room. Comfortable bed in a nice thirties building. Excellent communication and help with parking and shuttle service on to the island.
Disliked: Nowhere to hang towels, swimming things. Poor breakfast in cramped room too small for number of guests. Very noisy air conditioning. They attempted to overcharge by a significant amount (€40) asking for cash... annoying.

Please note that check-in takes place in self check-in mode. Please also note that there may be some noise caused by the central location of the house, noise due to the bars and restaurants near the structure are normal.
