Exceptional
Not too bad
Liked: The location
Disliked: Bad smell in bathroom
Very good location for enjoying Ortigia and also Siracusa
Liked: Great location with a good rooftop patio. Interesting place with all of the film projection equipment on display. Ortigia is very interesting.
Disliked: We had to change rooms after returning from dinner because of a strong bad smell in the bathroom that would not go away, despite initially being told that changing rooms was not possible. The in-room safe also did not work. Even though the reception manager tried to fix the problem, the issue remained throughout our three-day stay.
Great stay in a nice property
Liked: Large, spacious, unique property.
Disliked: Nothing.
Lovely place to stay in Ortigia. In the middle of history, architecture and amazing food
Liked: Perfect location. Steps away from Solarium Forte Vigliena where you can swim below the city walls. Small room as it is in a historic building. Was comfortable tho. We had a terrace overlooking the water and was able to see the sunrise.
Disliked: Cleaning staff could be more attentive. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful and took feedback well. It was not a showstopper.
Perfect stay

Disliked: Nothing
Liked: A perfect historic boutique style hotel in Ortigia
