Liked: Lovely place to stay
Relaxing
Liked: The swimming pool was marvellous. The hosts were attentive, there when needed. We were able to drive into Syracusa every day and then back in the afternoon to laze by the pool.
Disliked: We did get eaten alive by mosquitoes but that’s not the hosts fault.
Hosts friendly and helpful however, facilities and comfort somewhat lacking
Liked: Secure, private parking. Good sized private pool with plenty of chairs/sunloungers. Good location for access to Ortigia, shops and exploring further afield e.g. Noto, Riserva di Vendicari Host eager to help
Disliked: Bed *extremely* uncomfortable (more of a camp-bed). Lots of loud dogs barking regularly throughout the night, disturbing sleep. Fridge door had no useable shelves Tiny bathroom (hair in the plughole, dirty loo brush) Ancient BBQ
