  Great location

  Liked: The apartments are on the main shopping street into the city, but our room backed on to a quiet street - so we had the best of both in terms of location yet quiet. Little balcony which we used a lot. Easy to access parking - with a short walk to the apartment.

  Disliked: Nothing really - except the sea view is more of a rooftop view with a bit of the sea in the background. But not an issue as loved the location and space - and watching the cats on the rooftops.

  Liked: Great Location and beautiful apartment. The spa bath was great after travelling and exploring the city. Option to purchase early check in made our stay more comfortable.

  Great location but restless nights

  Liked: The location: It was fantastic and incredibly convenient. The staff's responsiveness: When we had issues with our first room, we appreciated that they accommodated us by moving us to a room with a functioning AC.

  Disliked: Loud AC issues: The air conditioning in our first room randomly started making an incredible amount of noise out of nowhere. It woke us up twice during the night and we had to turn it off completely just to get some quiet. Early morning drilling: There was active construction happening on the floor above us. The drilling woke us up very early and made it impossible to go back to sleep. If you want a well-rested night (at least as of this month), this is not the place. Pests: When we arrived at our replacement room, there was a cockroach waiting for us in the shower area.

  Liked: There was no breakfast at the site. The location was good. The bed was extremely soft and i wouldn't rate it as a luxury residence. It was good but not luxury as I said.

  Disliked: The stairs that went from the front door to the lower floor was were 2 steps and were both gray and my girlfriend has sight in only one eye and almost fell going down the stairs and I asked if we could leave early and i was told yes we could and the operator said he understood and that he would refund the remaining 4 nights is what didn't happen. In the end I was reimbursed for a lessor portion of the payment than I assumed they would.

  Liked: Fantastic location right in the center of Ortigia with easy access to main attractions, fantastic food, shopping, and places to swim. We had a car and appreciated the information provided ahead of check in with directions of places to park which made it seamless. The apartment was enormous and far more roomy than I anticipated. The balconies were lovely and watching sunsets from them is something I will never forget. The bed was super comfortable, it was quiet and very dark at night when we closed curtains, and the bathroom was a great size for two people to get ready. Instructions for checkin and checkout were very clear and easy to follow.

  Disliked: A little more responsiveness from host. Everything was great, but we did try to use the television at night and the channels/Netflix were not working. We didn't know if it was an issue with the TV connecting to wifi, so I reached out and the hosts never got back to me. We ended up not using the TV for the rest of the stay which wasn't horrible, but would have been nice.

  Good. 2-3 days in Ortigua is possibly enough

  Liked: This was a beautiful apartment in the centre of Ortigua. It is spacious and modern within the apartment itself with extra touches like very comfortable bedding etc. While we found it ok based upon the number of the property in the street it is understandable why some may not be able to do so as there is no clear indication of its existence until you get right up to the front door. The apartment is within a residential block and on the third floor all be it there is a lift. Communication etc. was good. We had no use for the rather large spa bath.

  Disliked: We would have probably rated it a 9.5/10 if it faced the main street as opposed to a side street.
