Exceptional
Liked: Location was a 10/10. Stone's throw away from Duomo. Enjoyed walking along all the charming little streets and finding pockets of activities, restaurants, shops and history. There is also a super cute Nonna who lives downstairs and checked up on us, she was a real delight 💛 The apartment itself is well-equipped, clean, has an air-con in each room (much appreciated during European summer) and the host was extremely responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. He was also very considerate and left us some lovely Italian breakfast items. Would recommend this apartment without a doubt. Thanks Nesh!

Liked: This property was exceptional in every way. Spacious rooms, impeccably clean, and the owner left jams, two bottles of Coke, fruit, juice juices, even a bottle of wine and all the coffee we could drink. Located inside an ancient city like this, it was a little difficult to find at first, but then we discovered it’s literally steps away from the Duomo the most beautiful square in Ortigia. That aside, I think the property deserves a 10 in a place such as Ortigia and so does the owner who was incredibly helpful in every way 👍
Disliked: The owner said he would buy brand new pillows and, considering the perfection of everything else in that apartment, I do trust he will do so.

Liked: Location was perfect - very central and everything was no more than a 10-15 minute walk away, with most cafes / bars / restaurants we visited being within 3-7 mins away. The apartment was great size for 2 people, the bed very comfortable, and the laundry machine is always an added luxury when on holiday. Nabil was a great and responsive host as well with helpful tips and pleasant communication.
Disliked: The shower had good pressure but was slow to drain (had to turn it off every 90 seconds to let the water build up drain before turning it back on). Probably the only issue we encountered, but minor in the grand scheme of our stay.

Disliked: No instructions for equipment which meant having to contact Nabil for advice Noise from neighbouring business
