Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: Very good location (close to historical spots), quiet street, clean apartment.
Liked: Room quality and location
Disliked: Lack of communal space for chilling out. Initial access issues. Lack of a coffee machine
Liked: Beautiful rooms in a fantastic location.
Disliked: For the price I'd expect some basic tea and coffee in the room, especially because breakfast isn't included. Feels really penny pinching not to have a few sachets of freeze dried coffee... And one bottle of water. One. There are two of us staying. Come on. Ridiculous and mean.
Elegant, historic, beautiful and comfortable!
Liked: Ortigia Boutique Palace is elegant and beautiful, full of historic charm with modern upgrades. The location was perfect, right in the historic center of Ortigia. Everything was spotlessly clean. The large, spacious shower in the main bedroom was the best shower I've experienced when traveling--plenty of hot water and amazingly good water pressure. The staff both at check in and at check out were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was a slightly funky smell in the shower of the second bathroom.
Liked: Location
Disliked: The door to terrace could not be open freely
Beautiful city
Liked: Great location in the centre of the city. Comfortable beds, lovely sunny balcony.
Disliked: Nothing.
