  Liked: The rooms are clean, quite and comfortabel. Alessandro is very friendly. The breakfast is very good.

  Liked: The room was clean and newly refurbished, the bed was really comfortable, the view from the balcony was nice as well. The breakfast was delightful with variety of options to choose from, and the host was very kind, attentive and friendly. Ortigia is 20min away on foot, which gives you nice opportunity to make some steps.

  Disliked: There is an ongoing construction at the down floor and there was a noise throughout the day, starting from 8 am in the morning. We did not spend much time in the room during the day and did not find it very bothering due to that.

  Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Alessandro had prepared many delicious things, and while we were a little bit late and there was like one egg left, he offered us to make another one because we were two people. Amazing local delicacies, full and delightful breakfast. Also Alessandro offered us another coffee and since we were ready to start our strolling we asked him if he could serve it in our portable cup and of course he had no problem at all. Very Helpful and pleasant person providing, clean cosy accomodation.
