Dishonest advertising
Liked: We did not stat, we arrived but cancelled as the property is not as advertised.
Disliked: The property photos and description advertise outside rooftop Loung area. This is permanentlyclosed and no other option. I complained and said that was why we booked. This is false advertising I said they need to change this on the sights. We left and were offered free cancellation. It concerns me that properties advertise false information to attract bookings. I waited to do a review to see if they changed their advertising for this hotel but they haven’t, hence why I am posting this. Management need to be honest!,,,
Liked: We really loved the staff, they were so gentle. The room was super tidy and clean. We felt very welcomed. The location is perfect. You are in Siracusa however in 5 Min you are in Ortigia. But also Siracusa is perfect for a passeggiata.
Overall a good stay, with some inconveniences
Liked: Great value for money, Very close to the center and the bridge. Helpful staff. Free parking is available on the streets, we even found a spot right in front of the place. English communication is possible.
Disliked: Room was next to a school, so it was noisy in the morning. No nets on the bathroom windows. The area has an out-of-the-ordinary mosquito problem. Elevator was repaired during our stay therefore was unavailable. Broken side lamp.
Great stay in Syracuse
Liked: Wonderful location. Check in process very easy and convenient since we came late at night. The room looked like in the pictures, was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable and bed had all needed amenities. Dispite facing the streen, it was very quite. Also great the boat trip organized with the help of the Receptionist. If you arrive by car there are plenty of free spots just opposite the building.

Liked: Excellent location, only a short walk to Ortigia. The room was spacious and clean. In the sane bulding is a café for breakfast and pastries.
Liked: Early self check in. Location. Comfort.
Disliked: No breakfast.
