Very good
Liked: Clean.
Disliked: The bathroom very small.
Liked: Owner was communicative and left clear instructions for self check-in. Easy parking in front of the building with convienient elevator access.
Disliked: We had to argue with the staff that tried to enforce an earlier checkout hour than booking stated. Air condining can't be controlled and cools very slowly, so it's pretty warm inside and the bathroom is like a sauna.

Liked: Nice people. Always there was space to park in front of the building
Liked: The women who work at San Marciano were very helpful and friendly; they made adjustments for us because we had a late arrival and an early departure. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent and we had a lovely time.
Disliked: The hotel was a 25-minute walk from the main tourist attractions and at night time the streets were not very well lit, so have that in mind if you are a solo traveler.
Do not pay for the stay without real seeing rooms
Liked: clean
Disliked: I do not recommend paying for a room without seeing it in person. I booked a larger room and paid for it, but they gave us a very small one and refused to change it, even there were available empty rooms.
Disliked: Despite the fact that the tourist facility advertises itself as accessible for the disabled, the bathroom and toilet were completely inaccessible to people in wheelchairs. There is also limited access for people in wheelchairs to the breakfast room.
