  Excellent apartment in the perfect location!

  Liked: We had the privilege of staying in this home for 4 weeks. It was the perfect place to experience a little bit of life in a small city without a lot of tourists. The home was very comfortable and secure -- included a locked/coded building entrance, elevator (5 steps up from the ground floor) to the second floor, a private rooftop terrace on the third floor, 2 balconies in the living area, all new windows with screens, new flooring, new furniture, new bathroom, new kitchen - complete with oven, stovetop, washer and full-size refrigerator with freezer. We cooked a lot, and everything, including sharp knives, we needed was in the kitchen. There is a smart TV and central air conditioning, which worked very well, although we only needed for the first week we were there. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The apartment was quiet for sleeping - some nights with the windows open it was still quiet, and on weekends, just shut the windows and shutters and you won't hear a thing although people may be talking as they are walking home from a night out. The location could not have been better! Within a 2 minute walk you are at the waterfront with the marina and fish sellers in the mornings, and many waterfront restaurants to choose from. Within 10 minutes, you can walk to any store you could possibly want, several full-service grocery stores (Deco Market is the closest), along with mini-markets, produce stands, butchers and bakeries. Panificio Antonella was our favorite bakery for both sweet and savory treats, and we also enjoyed lunch several times at Panificio del porto, and the gelato at Saben. We took several day trips by train down the coast, and train station is just a 15 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and the city of Trani - highly recommend.
