Liked: Excellent Access system 1 Allows flexible arrival arrangements 2 Simple and Secure key box system SHOULD BE STANDARD FOR BOOKING.COM How it works 1 Guest sends photo of Passport to Host. 2 Host sends Key box code and instructions to Guest

Disliked: NOTE THIS IS A MESSAGE TO BOOKING.COM COMPLAINT MAJOR ISSUES WITH ACCESS! ON 3 OCCASIONS I have been unable to get access to my booked accommodation. Despite advising host that I was on my way and had been delayed. This has caused me unnecessary and avoidable difficulties and distress. Surely a service aimed at travelers Needs to FLEXIBLE Like a Hotel Reception! Best Regards Johnny Walker

Liked: Good location near the main street of the old town. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Disliked: There was a bitter smell in the room (as well as in the hallway), strongest in the bathroom. We kept the door’s ”window parts” open all the time to get out of the smell (the apartment is at ground level so passersby pass right by the window). The shower does not have a hand shower, (the water only comes from above), so if you don't want to get your hair wet, bring a shower cap.
