  Location, location, location

  Liked: Property was centrally located and easy walk around town. Danielle and most the staff were great. The breakfast was good too. The staff were excellent when I mentioned I am a coeliac and gluten free only. The hotel helped us also secure parking nearby.

  Disliked: The room we had first night was terrible. The spa didn’t work and the bed was very uncomfortable. Initially, one of the staff said the spa was working that morning which made me feel that we were being blamed and she would see in the next morning and might move us. Didn’t sleep well that night but Danielle was amazing. She moved us immediately the next morning and really looked after us. So whilst it didn’t start off well, we would consider going back because of Danielle

  It bigger on the inside

  Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. From the entrance, it looks like a small place, but there is courtyard more space inside. They had drying racks in the courtyard for bathing suits etc. Breakfast was good first day, but second day I went before the rush and it was better. I changed rooms and there were pictures painted on the walls of the second room. Walk from train is reasonable.

  Disliked: I needed to talk to the staff several times, but couldn't find them at front desk. Manual bell did nothing. They need a system where the person waiting is confident someone is aware that they are waiting. Pay the city tax when you arrive so you don't need to find someone when leaving for train.

  Lovely hotel in the best location of Tropea & beautifull garden setting

  Liked: Top location, nice setting especially the breakfast garden & the owner is very nice & humble

  Disliked: AC System needs to be changed, most of the time I was feeling hot in the room.
