Fabulous
Overall, it is a very convenient place. The kitchen was well equipped
Liked: I like the size of the accommodation.
Disliked: The view was limited.
Liked: Great breakfast, gorgeous room.
Liked: Location, Location, Location. Just a quick 10 minute walk from the train station and then Piazza Bra is another 10 minutes up Corso Porta Nuova. Breakfast was decent, but eggs tasted powdered.
Disliked: Everything else. The Apartment Annex is just that. It's in a separate building a couple of doors down. The entry feels like you're walking into a broom closet. Our room was on the 5th floor and looked nothing like the photo on Booking.com It was eclectic at best and had a run-down feeling. Some features in the room worked, but there were missing lightbulbs in the bathroom which made it dark. If you want a more traditional hotel feel, opt for the main hotel Firenza. This apartment does have kitchen amenities, but only two seats and a small table so not truly set up for familes.
Liked: Lots of space, clean and comfortable whilst being in a good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing, with poor coffee and no fresh orange juice.
Ok for one night
Disliked: Shower and “jacuzzi” wilts lack of maintenance
