Fabulous
Liked: Locatuon wise the hotel was very conveniently placed to enable us to walk from the train station and they allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived before check in so that we could explore before our room was ready. There were good restaurants around the area and the hotel breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The hotel is advertised as being 4 star but I found the room to be very dated and not really up to that standard.
Ok, but lots of improvement needed to become 4 star stay!
Liked: Excellent location, very good breakfast
Disliked: Smell of towels, loud room HVAC, no slippers. Room looked ready for a complete renovation.
Short stay great option
Liked: Perfectly located
Great location and value from the train station in particular
Liked: It’s friendliness and cleanliness
Disliked: I had a problem in room 445, the bathroom lights did not function, meant showering in the dark etc. The Hotel very kindly waived some of my bar costs.
Lovely
Liked: Clean, fresh and spacious
Disliked: I loved this hotel
Good value, I’d stay there again
Liked: Good location, easy 8 minute walk into the Piazza Bra. The property had been reasonably well renovated, but a bit eclectic like parts had been updated at different times. Clean and tidy, some of the staff were really pleasant, some a bit stressed, and dint inspired confidence. Air conditioning in the rooms was very good and the room was quiet at night.
Disliked: The laundry service came through, but the staff didn’t seem confident dealing with the process.
