Exceptional
Liked: Helpful staff, great location and terrific room.
Liked: Really nice hotel ❤️
Perfect small hotel for a short stay in Vernona
Liked: Excellent location - 15 min walk from Train Station - 5 min into the Centre.
Disliked: Slightly lost following SatNav - but found eventually
Excellent
Liked: Great location and perfect room
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Convenient location. Old style decor but modern functional bathroom. Breakfast staff and reception staff were very helpful. Food and drink on arrival was much appreciated as we travelled most of the day to get there.
Disliked: When we arrived we were confused how to get in. Big front gate was open so we walked in but couldn't get into the building and did not know where reception was. We waited until another guest came out and they gave us instructions. Perhaps some signage and intercom at that entry point would be useful.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Couldn’t open the door for the traffic noise but it was well insulated and airconditioned.
