Liked: Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen sehr sauber und gepflegt, und besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an das Mädchen an der Rezeption, das uns sehr freundlich geholfen hat und jederzeit bereit war, unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Wirklich ein toller Service!
Disliked: Ein paar Punkte könnten meiner Meinung nach noch verbessert werden. Unser Zimmer befand sich im obersten Stockwerk, ohne Aufzug, sodass wir die Treppen nehmen mussten. An dem Tag, an dem wir dort waren, war es außerdem extrem heiß. Das Dach war den ganzen Tag der Sonne ausgesetzt und hatte sich entsprechend stark aufgeheizt, sodass die Klimaanlage leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt hat. Dadurch war es im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage ziemlich warm. Auch die Lage des Hotels sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und ein Auto ist eigentlich notwendig, wenn man flexibel unterwegs sein möchte. Ohne Auto wirkte die Umgebung teilweise etwas verlassen und ruhig, und es gab nicht besonders viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem möchten wir vor allem das freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit und den guten Service hervorheben. Mit einigen Verbesserungen, insbesondere bei der Kühlung der Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, könnte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer sein.
Comfy beds, great breakfast, location was semi industrial and not in city
Liked: Breakfast was very good, lots of choices and good quality food. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable, I didn't want to get up! Air con was good. We had a hired car and were able to park for free in the hotel car park.
Disliked: Our view was of an abandoned, semi built building with graffiti all over it. The worst view I've ever had from a hotel! But we were only there to sleep so would still stay there again.
