Too far from city, not much around the area but the breakfast was great something for everyone

Disliked: Arrived approximately 12.30am male reception staff would not take a booking for the shuttle bus for the following morning I tried again early the next morning but told by female receptionist that no bookings were available this was the hotel fault no compensation offered this was one of the reasons I booked the hotel and told the receptionist this. I feel management should have being advised of this matter. Going forward perhaps have a shuttle bus booking facility in an email or with the booking agent. Very little outside space for sitting plenty of garden space to redevelop.
Breakfast was Tasty and Hotel Interiors were Stylish
Liked: The hotel lobby is very clean, stylish and airy. The reception staff are friendly. The beds are very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle to the center is an added and convenient service, when it is on time. The room was comfortable and large enough to hold our 3 large international suitcases. The breakfast offered a large variety of pastries and cakes of good taste and quality for those guests who needed variety from the every day unchanged hot courses.
Disliked: The complimentary shuttle on our last day of three days, came 30 minutes late to the evening pick up area and we were stuck waiting in heavy rain at a designated area on Via Pradavale with no shelter from the wind or the rain. The breakfast eggs tasted like they were powdered eggs and the artisan breads were very hard and chewey.
Liked: Good location. No charge of extra money for car parking.
