  Great find, bistro (pre-made meals) and bar onsite. Staff very friendly and spoke acceptable English to hold a simple co

  Liked: Location was great, once we got our bearings. Walkable distance into the city centre and train/bus station. Good weight room facility downstairs was a bonus.

  Disliked: The shower was dreadful…needs maintenance to hold the rose up. Also we requested direction on lowering the aircon setting in our room. The girl at the desk said it was controlled by them and said she would sort. It never happened, 26deg is very hot!!

  Very enjoyable stay and i would stay there again

  Liked: Room was large with a balcony BIG double Bed and Modern bathroom shower looked new, Breakfast was Super wide choice with staff always replacing food when empty. Location 10mins to Arena by bus 2 euro, or 10/12euros by taxi. Staff were helpful and always available

  Disliked: Maybe a bit of soundproofing or better manners from some of the guests

  Great place to base yourself in Verona, just not 4 star quality

  Liked: Good facilities, comfortable bed, free parking and the staff were excellent.

  Disliked: Not sure it merits 4 stars as a hotel due to how outdated some of the decor is and the basic nature of the service. That being said it is a perfect place to access Verona from

  Liked: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was convenient, only about 4 minutes by bus from the main train station and around 10 minutes by bus from Verona’s historic city center. The breakfast was also very good.

  Disliked: The room did not look exactly like the photos. In the pictures, the room appeared modern and colorful, but the room we received felt less modern. Also, the bed was quite noisy and made a sound with almost every movement.

  Liked: This is our fourth time in this hotel, which I think says enough about the way we are treated here and the way we feel. The staff is professional, prompt and reliable. I would like to mention Matteo and Laura, which you can find at the bar and in the restaurant. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication are extraordinary. Very helpful and they always have a good vibe. But, from the reception to the housekeeping personnel everything is to be appreciated here. The rooms are exactly as described on the website. Spacious enough, large bed, comfortable mattresses, bathroom equipped with everything you need from toothbrushes and beauty set to whatever needs a bathroom. Cleanliness is top notch. There is a conference room, fitness and underground garage. Moreover, the hotel has joined the LifeGate program. Opposite the hotel is a bus stop, if you want to use public transport. On foot, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. Next to the hotel is a Lidl and there are enough restaurants and terraces around the hotel. Of course,the hotel has its own restaurant.
