Fabulous
Excellent breakfast.Very helpful staff.We had an outdoor area from our first floor room with tables and chairs
Liked: The design of the hotel was very interesting and historical
Disliked: There wasn’t a lift.Had to carry our heavy suitcases
Liked: Breakfast is good and location is close to city center..
Disliked: Bathroom is too small.. especially bathtube.. if you are over than 90 kgs, most probably you will wash yourself..

Liked: Good clean rooms. Lovely staff. Good location for easy walking around Verona. Most attractions within a 20 minute walk. Easy to get to the train station. Good breakfast and great coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Liked: A great location, near the rail station and near the city centre. A friendly reception. You can leave luggage here too. Delicious cakes and fresh fruit salad and local yoghurt for breakfast.
Disliked: Wifi didn't reach my room.
Loved the location
Liked: Happy to be able to walk downtown to see everything. Arrived by train & walked to hotel. Grocery store nearby. Old - used to be a palace, so unique layout & victorian decor
Disliked: Most of the furniture is old, but fits the era of the building.
