Fabulous
Liked: Modern, spacious room and comfy bed. Quiet street, great for Ponte Castelvecchio walks and views
Disliked: Slightly difficult to find and breakfast served at nearby cafes.
Location great, check-in poor
Liked: Location was excellent. The room was clean and large. Cleaning staff were friendly.
Disliked: We had a difficult time checking in as no one was there to let us in. I'd completed their online checkin process a day or two earlier and asked if we could checkin early but noted that if not possible, we would be there at 2pm when the desk would be open. No response was received so I followed up, this time in Booking.co. messages, early on the morning of our arrival. No response was received until 5:30pm, at which point my husband had been by at 3 and then 4pm with two suitcases and no one was there. No code was provided in advance so it was not until we arrived again at 5:45pm (when someone was in the office) that we had access to the building and room.
Good value, excellent location
Liked: Location
Disliked: Staircase
Great stay!
Liked: The room is very nice and spacious, very cozy and nice. The staff is very friendly and nice, even professional and helpful. Pleasant stay and quiet room. Really a stone's throw from the center.
Disliked: Nothing, really good, maybe just the air conditioner that made a strange noise when it worked, but it wasn't annoying.
i had a great weekend with my daughter in Verona
Liked: The staff was very helpful. Ther rooms simple but clean and with some AC. The breakfast was served in a near by restaurant as the acommodation was not a hotel. There was not much to choose for breakfast but was good.
Superb accommodation. Spacious and modern. Great host
Liked: Host was super accomodating. We were allowed to check in a little earlier than the check in time. Great little place.
