Very good
We loved the stay and want to come back
Liked: Very good location. The staff very nice.The room was very spacious and wonderful, very comfortable bed,wonderful views! And discount at the restaurant where the food was just delicious.
Disliked: We experienced small technical problems but that I’m sure they sorted out already. We stayed just for one night so even though they tried couldn’t be fixed on the same evening. Didn’t really affect our stay.

Liked: the location was good
Disliked: i would not stay here again, the electrics didn’t work which meant we had a bedside lamp that would turn on and that’s it we did message about this but no reply, the hair dryer didn’t work, it was so incredibly noisy you could hear your upstairs neighbours conversations, glass bottles from the restaurants being emptied into big bins at various points throughout the night including 1am and 5am, i didn’t like that the door didn’t lock from the inside because clearly other people have the code to come in and clean so i really disliked that there was no lock inside for us
great stay
Liked: The location was great for site seeing. A little hard to find initially. Loved the room with the loft for added privacy.
Wonderful stay, would still recommend despite the few little niggles
Liked: Location perfect, very comfy bed, check in easy, very spacious and wonderful view
Disliked: Couldn’t get the tv to work, despite following the limited instructions. Electrics were temperamental, dodgy sockets and switches, WiFi only seemed to work by the front door!
Perfect location and beatiful rooms
Liked: The location is perfect, right by the Arena and with amazing views, and lots of restaurants nearby. The room is huge, with 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms, it could easily be a full on apartment if they installed a small kitchen and eating area, there is certainly more than enough space. The furniture is very appropriate and comfortable, overall we had a very pleasant stay, shame we only stayed one night. There is no parking (as it’s inside the restricted city center area), but you can park in the public parking which is less than a 5 min walk.

Fabulous spacious hidden gem right in the centre
Liked: Location was fabulous right in the centre.Host and staff were super helpful. Beds and bedding super comfy.Great little roof terrace overlooking the arena which was amazing. Complimentary waters which was a nice touch. Plenty of toiletries. Fridge was useful too.Shutters on the windows which is greats you are right in the Centre it is quite noisy but we liked the buzz of it all. It's on the 3rd floor so great views. Great stay would highly recommend
Disliked: just some feedback- Would be good to have enough water glasses in the room for the amount of guests staying. Also a couple of wine glasses would be good.We enjoyed a bottle of wine on the roof terrace but ended up using the water glasses. Shower areas need the sealant replacing
