Liked: It was a good place to visit, a short car journey away from the city centre, set in the hills overlooking Verona. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Room was a good size too.
Disliked: I paid for a room with a city view, and while it could be argued that we had a partial views over looking Verona, our view from the room and terrace was of a tree, and the suburbs east of the city centre. The other thing I found slightly annoying is you can't control your own heating/cooling in the room. When we turned up, the heat in the room was unbearable and it felt sweaty, so after going to the front desk I was told the AC was now switched off for winter. Needless to say we didnt have a great night's sleep as it was still humid in the room.

Liked: Location, breakfast and shared gardens was nice.
Disliked: Room with private garden, i believe, falsely advertised, only view is the roof of a building on the front. The room we stayed was super close the kitchen causing noise and smell. One night, the room next door had a party until 5am, there was nobody in reception to ask for help. This was an extereme experience, shame on the other customer however rooms also not soundproofed either.
Lovely relaxing, friendly quality place
Liked: Excellent with friendly staff, great views and location and atmosphere. Charming. Amazing breakfast with home-made products. Nice swimming pool and good wine and food at the restaurant – you need to book ahead.

Liked: Incredible views, nice rooms, great pool, excellent restaurant. The staff in the restaurant deserve a mention - they were so helpful and kind!
