Exceptional
Fab trio, great city, fantastic staff, clean modern central hotel
Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful Particularly Neihed. It was extremely central location.
Disliked: We weren’t so keen on apartment, wasn’t too standard of hotel: we moved as shower head was broken:
Nihed and team are great and were so helpful!
Lovely staff, great location
Liked: Lovely and helpful staff, the location was perfect for us
WONDERFUL
Liked: THE APARTMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL SUPPLIED WITH COFFEE, TEA, WATER. IT WAS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OLD TOWN PERFECT FOR GOING TO THE OPERA.
Disliked: I WAS DRIVING AND IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE APARTMENT, WE DROVE AROUND FOR TWO HOURS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE APARTMENT AND WITH OUT CELL SERVICE. FINALLY WE PARKED THE CAR AND WE FOUND SOMEONE TO CALL THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE. THE WOMAN ON DUTY--HER NAME WAS SOMETHING LIKE HINFED--WAS OUTSTANDING. SHE WALKED TO MEET US AND DROVE WITH US TO THE APARTMENT. SHE PROCEEDED TO MAKE SURE WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WOULD NOT ARRIVE BY CAR. BEING THE RETRICTED AREA MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND.
Liked: The team, location and room were perfect! I will come back as it was an amazing stay ❤️
Ideally located boutique hotel, very welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Liked: Comfortable suite with all amenities, ideally located - 2 minutes walking distance from the Arena. Very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
