Exceptional
Liked: Perfect location - close to the train station, 20 min walk to the old part of Verona. Clean and quiet. Thank you for letting us check-in early.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was excellent.
Incredibly peaceful and perfect
Liked: This was our favorite stay of the trip! The room was perfect and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Views from the room were peaceful and serene and it was so easy to get to from the train station. The restaurant was perfection! I did wish we knew it existed prior to our stay so we could have been better prepared and made a reservation to honor proper etiquette, but thankfully they were still able to seat us and served some of the best food we had in Italy. We, for some reason, thought it was more of a casual tavern like at other hostels we had stayed at but it was incredible 5 star service and delicious food!
Good base to explore Verona and beyond
Liked: Location close to the old town and railway station, cleanliness, good maintenance of the property
Disliked: No place in the top room to hang the towels
Liked: easy to get to station central location clean rooms
Liked: It was clean and well presented. There is a resturant on the lower floor. It's close to the train station and the old town.
Disliked: It didn't have a fridge or tea and coffee making facilities.
Great place to stay!!!
Liked: The room was really spacious and comfortable. We were roomed on the first floor, so there was no need for the elevator. The bathroom was also really good! It was close to the train station which was very convenient and there was also a bus stop right next door. There’s even a great restaurant/bar next door.
Disliked: They don’t provide breakfast service, but they recommended us a bakery nearby that was fantastic. The curtains were not fully closing, so from the bathroom it was possible to see everything outside from the bar next door which made us a little uncomfortable.
