  Great

  Liked: A perfect place to stay to visit Verona. Free parking outside the front of the hotel in a quiet area. Very good value for money. Will stay again.

  Comfortable stay, but a shared AC system caused sleepless night

  Liked: The place was wonderful — neat, clean, and well maintained. Our room was big, with an open view and all the facilities (which were modern) we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was great!

  Disliked: Overall, we enjoyed our stay — the only real issue was the air conditioning. The AC in our room was connected to two other rooms, so whenever the guests next door set theirs to heating, our cooling automatically switched to heating as well. This happened at night, making our room uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep in. Staff responded quickly and came twice to try to fix it, which we appreciated — but they weren't sure how to adjust the system, and it was too late to call a technician. To be fair, this was an unfortunate situation rather than poor service. Still, it would have been helpful to know beforehand that the AC operates on a shared system. One of the main reasons we booked a hotel for our October trip to Italy was to have air conditioning, as the weather can still be quite warm.

  Value for money

  Liked: Clean, friendly staff and they allowed us to store our luggage. Able to purchase chilled water.

  Disliked: The bed was firm to hard. I prefer soft beds.
