A very enjoyable stay at this well located hotel, with friendly and helpful staff
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, tucked just off one of the main squares, by the market. The staff are super friendly and helpful, providing lots of information and advice before we even arrived. And when we did arrive we received a great welcome even though we were super early in the morning (due our flight time), and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was super clean and repeatedly cleaned every morning. And whilst this hotel is located in an older building with the result that some of the features are dated (only one socket in the bedroom), they more than made up for with their friendly customer service. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and could be eaten inside or on the terrace with a beautiful view of the market and square. A thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel in Verona. (The only slight negative was the price paid which was high given the age of the room facilities but no doubt paying a premium for the location)

Fabulous short break in great city staying in ideal hotel
Liked: Outstanding location in Piazza Erbe (Old Roman Forum) so convenient for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. So safe with lovely vibe. Superb breakfast which could be taken on terrace overlooking piazza. Staff super helpful and thoughtful.
