Exceptional
Liked: We received a friendly welcome from all staff on arrival who were very helpful and accommodating including giving instructions on how to get into Verona town city and transport available if required. The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing, we were spoilt for food choice which was all very nice and again, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: Tea/coffee making facilities for the room were not available which was alittle disappointing as we had travelled a distance to get to the hotel and refresments in our room would of been welcomed.
Great staff, convenient location
Liked: Hotel staff were excellent hosts. Phillippo in particular, was a great help on arrival, advising us of a great Trattoria dining establishment just up the road from the hotel. He also advised us on bus and Train timetables and where to book for our trip to Venice. The Kitchen and bar staff were also very efficient and the food although a little limited in choice was sufficient and good. Great place to stay, just about within walking distance to the city, although the bus service right outside the hotel is regular and cheap. Underground parking was good also.

Excellent stay. Clean, amazing staff, and super comfortable
Liked: The staff!! You literally won’t find a hotel of this level with better staff. Pretty much 5* level…they are unbelievable! The rooms were really well thought through, air con, fridge, great showers, clean, amazing bed and choice of pillows. For the money, it’s exceptional. Oh, and parking underground on site was a complete bonus! Excellently run hotel.
Disliked: Nothing - the hotel was great. A really good choice. Bus service in to the town within 3-5 minutes outside the hotel (opposite side of the road). One thing, maybe a better choice for breakfast with people with intolerances but a minor detail.
A very comfortable and pleasant stay
Liked: 1. Staff. All staff were helpful (all spoke English) and efficient. We would especially commend Marta, who we saw more often, for her attentiveness and friendliness. 2. Location. Although the hotel is a little out of town ( good 30 minute walk). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel door with a regular service. 3. Ambiance. This is a small family run hotel with a lovely terraced area in which to sit and have a drink or coffee.
Good for one night to charge our electric vehicle and a sleep in a very clean room
Liked: The staff was very helpful and nice, and it was a huge plus to be able to reserve the electric charging station parking. The room was very clean and had lots of places to put our luggage and hang things.
Disliked: The beds were a bit stiff for my personal taste and we only had one pillow each. The location is comfortable if you have a car, but there are no restaurants, cafès, or bars nearby. Breakfast was too expensive to book at the hotel.
Pleasant
Liked: Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Shower was too slippery and a little bit dirty. It seemed as though the shower was too close to the toilet seat.
