Good location with bad rooms
Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was very old, worn out and not clean. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. There was a problem with the electric board, which made a very loud and concerning buzzing sound. We asked for a room change but they refused to do it. They sent the house keeping person ( he was a nice person fortunately) to fix it and we were informed that he fixed it with a card. I was worried all night that the sound would come back (since the sound was not normal and didn’t sounded safe) and therefore we had a very bad night. I really didn’t understand why they haven’t offered another room despite the fact that they had already. Another thing is that the room had a window but looked towards a ceiling or inner courtyard, which made the experience even worse.
