  Excellent spa hotel with superb facilities

  Liked: excellent spa facilities and large outdoor pool (closed now but visible from breakfast room). Fabulous staff and great food served in the restaurant. Highly recommend for a spa visit any time of the year, good access to hiking areas and close to Lake Garda. Recommend that a car is available for outings.

  Disliked: nothing. Everything was perfect.

  Will be back

  Liked: The staff cannot do enough for you. Especially Sylvia. The complimentary shuttle bus into an out of Verona was so helpful especially on a Sunday when there are no buses running around that region. Staff were always happy to help, especially when we shut ourselves out the safe, twice 😅 sorry guys. Again they were great when we discovered our shower didn't drain very well and when we raised issue they were straight on it. And not forgetting the cleaning room staff, friendly and lovely clean room.every day. We didn't have one of the executive rooms but we did still have a kettle and tea and coffee facilities and use of a fridge etc.. so it might be worth asking if your room has one, as I packed a travel kettle on the assumption. We used the spa once during our 4 night stay. It was lovely, very clean very accessible.

  Disliked: Maybe some Lounge seating in the bar (with some rearranging) rather than having to take drinks into their lobby, but that's my personal preference. The were a few stools and high up seating but I like a lounge seat in a bar.

  A great place to end our holiday

  Liked: Very friendly staff. We were lucky to be upgraded to a wonderful room on arrival. We enjoyed the spa area and the hotel was chosen as a treat (it was our last day in Italy and also it offered a shuttle to the airport). The bar was good and sold a number of food-present ideas, An excellent range of good food at breakfast too.

  Nice spa hotel

  Liked: Spa was not large but nice after a day at work. Restaurant was very good. Staff is friendly.

  Disliked: Air conditioning does not work well. Windows keep out the road noise so not great to sleep with them open.

  Nice hotel would stay again but you are isolated in the middle of no where, with a taxi into town at £60 one way

  Liked: Interior design fabulous. Spa gym and pools very good

  Disliked: Location and restricted with transfers into town. Would be willing to pay for additional transfers. Would benefit from additional towels in Spa area and water fountain as there isn’t any. Coffee and tea in rooms but no milk sachets? Breakfast could do with a little more variety for vegetarians - vegans had scrambled eggs for 3 days. Would have liked beans - poached eggs - hot mushroom - hash browns etc - don’t really do cake or salad for breakfast but understand some do. Fresh orange juice and not squash would have been better. Only a few large mugs and had to wait for them to be washed for a decent cup of tea. The expresso cups way too small.
