Welcoming helpful, pleasant staff good breakfast
Liked: They open The Spa especially for the four of us. Everything was in good working condition left drinks out and fresh fruit in The Spa for us swimming pool was warm, as was the Jacuzzi. Sauna and steam room up and running and it appeared that it was only the four of us using it.
Disliked: No tea and coffee makingfacilities in the rooms

not worth your money
Liked: The reception is open 24 hours a day, as is the hotel bar. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the staff are very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was a complete disappointment. Despite the wide variety of options, the food was tasteless, the fruit was rotten, and the scrambled eggs were simply awful. The hotel furniture is outdated and visibly worn out. A four-star hotel should maintain a certain standard and reputation, but unfortunately, this hotel falls far short of those expectations. The chairs on the hotel terrace are literally falling apart and rusting. The bathroom in our room also showed clear signs of poor maintenance and deterioration, particularly around the shower and bathtub. There was visible rust, the bathtub was barely functional, and the wood on the bathroom door was peeling off. This level of neglect and poor maintenance is something I would expect from a cheaper hotel with a lower star rating, certainly not from a supposedly four-star establishment. Overall, the hotel was definitely not worth the price we paid, nor did it deserve its four-star rating.
Good to know
The spa is available at extra costs, for adults only, and must be booked in advance for a maximum of 2 hours. It is open every day (16:00 - 22:00).
