Very good
Checked in at 11 a.m.; there’s an elevator. It’s a cute, small hotel with simple rooms—perfect for a one-night stay—and
Liked: location, friendly staff
Disliked: No
Convenient and central
Liked: The location was perfect for me. A fifteen minute walk from the station and five minutes into the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Other reviewers have commented on the size of the bathroom. Yes, it is small, but not unmanageable. The shower was hot and strong and the hairdryer worked well.
Disliked: No plugs near the bed. In fact, only 2 sockets in the room. One at floor level by the door and the other high on the wall if you unplug the TV. There are two light switches near the bed. It would be so easy to put in combined light and socket plugs. The WiFi in my room was non existent. If I wanted to use the internet I had to go down to reception. There is a sofa there though so it was quite comfortable. A kettle and fridge would greatly improve the rooms.
Fab location, friendly staff. Small room but fine for one nights stay
Liked: The location was excellent. Staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The room was small and expensive for its size. Breakfast was Coffee + and was minimal but OK. It's Verona and what do you expect.
Impressive
Liked: The best thing about this hotel is its location. Most of Verona’s attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was just right for a solo traveller like me, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Liked: Locaction. Close to city centre and arena.
