Exceptional
Liked: Booked as close to airport and we had an early flight. However it was so lovely I wished we had more time here and would book again for a few days. The grounds and pool were exceptional. The spa also good, but a little crowded. Ate in the resturant, possibly one of the best meals we had in 2 weeks in Italy (and we did have some good meals). Staff really helpful, allowing an early check-in and arranging transfer to airport.
Disliked: It’s 2 building and it took us a while to find the spa.

Liked: We booked initially as arrived late from a flight, but we were positively surprised about this hotel. We ended up booking a second stay at the end of our trip. Pool and breakfast were great. It’s by the airport, very convenient

Disliked: There should be more water refilled stands available in each floor as we only see one in our floor that is quite inconvenient. The room we booked is a deluxe twin room with statement of overlooking the garden but we were placed in a room 127 with looking at the road and people’s houses. Since we checked in late at around 9:30pm with a child that we didn’t want to make a fuss for any change. Would be better to have a room with garden view as it stated as it looks much more comfortable with the rooms looking into their garden, they have a beautiful garden.
