Honestly, I do not understand why this place has such a high rating…
Liked: For me, the main advantages of this accommodation were its location and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, beyond those two points, I struggle to identify many other positives from my stay.
Disliked: When I entered the room, one of the first things I noticed after turning on the air conditioner was the amount of dust on it. When I went into the bathroom, the dust accumulated on the ventilation fan grille was even more noticeable. If I was able to notice it immediately, I would expect the host, or whoever cleans the room on a regular basis, to have noticed it as well. Unfortunately, it appears that it was simply left in this condition. A significant accumulation of dust can potentially cause respiratory and skin irritation, particularly for people who are sensitive or allergic to dust. Equipment such as air conditioners and ventilation fans should therefore be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. After looking more closely at the rest of the room, I noticed several other issues, including mould in the bathroom, rust on the metal rack beside the sink, and yellow stains on the wall near the air conditioner. I understand that the building itself has some history, but that does not prevent the interior from being properly cleaned and maintained. Even repainting some of the walls would considerably improve the overall impression and guest experience. I have photographs documenting all of the issues mentioned above. At the very least, these were the conditions in my room, Room 3. I do not know whether I was simply allocated one of the less well maintained rooms, but I can only review the room in which I actually stayed. Another significant issue is the soundproofing. I could clearly hear the people in the neighbouring room talking and laughing. So happy birthday BTW, to whoever was staying next to me that particular evening. From their conversation, it was quite clear that they were not deliberately speaking loudly, which made the poor sound insulation even more apparent. I have written such a detailed review because I genuinely hope that both the host and future guests will be aware of these issues.

Liked: Perfect apartment in a great location. There’s nothing more you might need in terms of facilities, it has everything you need for your stay. Also great hosts with super easy communication.
Liked: The location is superb, short walking distance to everything important. The room was clean and overall we thought it was very good value for money.
