Fabulous
Comfortable last-minute find in Verona
Liked: Central location, comfortable beds, good facilities.
Disliked: Very little natural light, a little noisy from construction nearby.
Liked: Room ok but a little tired. But it was reasonable value for money It was nice to have a bottle of Prosecco when we arrived

Nice enough facility, but absolutely no service
Liked: The room is very comfortable, quite spacious and well located.
Disliked: Communication and maintenance of the unit were poor. Leading up to arrival check-in and arrange arrangements could have been made much clearer. Throughout our stay, it became evident why. The Host simply disappeared and did not respond to several messages for assistance. We need basic necessities for the room. There was no basic housekeeping service at all during our stay. Basic items were not replenished. We reached out on multiple occasions requesting something as simple as a paper cup. Totally fell on deaf ears.
Absolutely great for an overnight stay
Liked: The location is great. Central yet quiet
Disliked: The enormous bath in the bedroom looked ridiculous. A sofa would have been a better use of space. The shower was enough.

The rooms are huge but need a bit of planning with furniture and plugs!
