Disliked: Can't think of anything that could have been better!
Great hotel, perfect location and fabulous staff
Liked: We recently stayed 5 days at Verona House Aparthotel and whilst the accommodation is very comfortable and immaculately clean and so central to all facilities the stand out is the staff from cleaners to breakfast staff and front desk who were always welcoming and cheerful wanting to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. A special mention goes to Francesca at the front desk. The room allocated to us did not suit our needs and even though the hotel was fully booked she went out of her way to accommodate us. Her main priority was to make us happy and she did plus being helpful in many other ways. Thank you Francesca we very much appreciate it. Scott and Louise
Liked: Excellent location, helpful and polite staff, clean and cosy appartment with fully equipped kitchen.
Very good place and staff in kind
Liked: The room was as expected, it was a good value for the money. It was clean, well maintained, the kitchen had everything we needed. the breakfast was very good and tasty. All the staff were kind. There is a valet service that can be booked, it was very good and the person handling it was nice. The location is very good too, couple of minutes walking to the center.
Disliked: The room was near the reception at the first floor, I would choose a room on a higher level.
Liked: The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the location was located in the center of city.
Liked: Great location, room was large, clean and staff were very professional and helpful.
