Very good
West Point Airport Hotel
Liked: Convenient for being able to walk to Verona Airport (took approx 35-40mins on an indirect route). Picnic breakfast for €6.50 collected upon check out. Quiet other than others doors opening and closing. Great Restaurant close by and a McDs if thats preferred.
Disliked: Very firm bed. Name had Airport in it but it was quite far from the Airport.
Liked: È vicina all'aeroporto.
Disliked: E' pulita.
We had no choice of hotel as our flight had been cancelled

Disliked: Curtains falling down, very tired looking room
Liked: Some staff helped me a lot with booking a taxi. I really appreciate it. They are very helpful and professional. The room is spacious and clean. When there's a bus connection, it's very convenient to get to Verona and Villafranca.
Disliked: Because of the help some staff offered me, I don't really want to write this, but other staff were not very polite. Before my stay, I wrote them an email to ask for help with the taxi booking, and their reply said that I have to do it by myself due to a regulation in Italy. I don't believe there's such a regulation. I was a bit shocked at the staff who was so absorbed into talking on the phone and didn't even look at /notice me when I came back at 2am. Also, another staff member with whom I checked out didn't say anything other than "ok".

Liked: Relatively modern building, rooms and images match
Disliked: Strange deposit policy for the room cards. Free parking outside, basement at extra cost. Only two EV chargers. Loud Romanian Family next door
