Fabulous Tuscany stay, would use again. Volterra was beautiful

Liked: Centrally located, exceptionally clean and beautiful

Disliked: The only small issue was the stairs to the property, but we managed those slowly.

  Good

Liked: Nice room updated with shower kitchen area.

Disliked: Attatched room to the suite was a jetted bathtub and sauna room that we couldn't use unless we paid 60eu for an hour. This was not clear to me when I booked. I thought it was included. She called it a 'spa'. I thought the 'Spa" was in a different area of the building. I can't imagine someone else using the "spa" while we were in the room-- it would have been very awkward as it is next to the bedroom and kitchen. Also, our room was not at the address listed- it was a different one. We finally got ahold of her after going to the wrong room and was given directions. Not great communication. Location is At the other end of the city close to the wall so takes a bit to reach center of town by foot. Odd desk office instead of a living room area. Nicely updated though. Breakfast was all prepacked.
