Exceptional
Liked: Location
Lovely four night stay exploring the sites. The hosts were very efficient, so all went very smoothly
Liked: The best thing about the property was the location: perfect for exploring Volterra (and a relatively short distance from the bus terminus). The flat was extremely clean, and we appreciated it having a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Disliked: Nothing that we didn’t really like.
Beautiful apartment with all the extras, close to everything
Liked: This is a great place and would definitely recommend! There was a bit of a hiccup upon check in, but Katarina went above and beyond to fix the issue promptly and her customer service and responsiveness is top-notch. The apartment itself is beautiful and roomy, newly renovated with things like a hair straightener/curling iron, washer AND dryer that you don’t typically find in apartments. The location is just a short walk from the main pedestrian street, shops and restaurants. The air con was fantastic on hot summer days. Beautiful apartment and great host! If I ever find myself back in Volterra I would love to stay here again.

Liked: The apartment was spacious and very well appointed with decor authentic with the town. Its location was perfectly positioned to fully enjoy Volterra.

Liked: Perfect location, spacious, well equipped and super clean! Host was also super helpful about parking in the local area which we were really grateful for.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about at all. Only recommendation would be a couple more pillows in the bedroom!
