Ok if your staying a night but not for a week
Liked: Great location for our needs.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit naff, ants in the rooms. Asked for a quiet room and got one in-front of the nights entertainment.
Very noisy
Liked: Location was good. 5 person room was spacious, nice balcony. Plenty of seating around pool and terraces. Food from the bar was good.
Disliked: Pool was cold. Not enough towels provided and not enough cups in the room. Music was very loud all day up until midnight every night. Buffet food didn’t stay hot. Often ran out of utensils. Very busy and tables were not cleaned between sittings. No water provided and drinks were cash only. Our family were unwell whilst staying here.

Disliked: Been going a there a few years now and from first going to now the food levels have really dropped
Not great. Only good thing is distance to the beach and food. Great food for everyone. For all 3 meals: breakfast, lunch
Liked: Location in terms of proximity to town and to the beach is great 👍
Disliked: We had family room on third floor with a view on a swimming pool and sea. There is evening entertainment every night and balkony doors were not blocking any of the noise. The music goes up until midnight so unless you are happy with staying up late and sleep after three all good. For us it was not great. Unable to sleep or even watch to TV as music was so loud. Tries to change the room but there was no availability. Finally after 10 PM went to reception second time and was given a key to a different “quiet” room. And it was super quiet away from pool hotel entertainment however at midnight local club started their disco music and it was so loud with vibrations that we didn’t sleep until it stopped at 4 am. Next day we complained and got another quiet room which was indeed quiet so we slept the second and final night. We got a gesture of £30 booking voucher.
Liked: Everything was very well organised. The evening entertainmemt was a bonus especially the holloweem theme. Food was amazing. Staff where always kept busy but always willing to help.
