Liked: Handy location. Good views.
Disliked: Building has fire detection system totally disabled. Fire doors to fire escapes were not closing automatically. Door to balcony did not close properly and handle was broken. Shower head was pulled off wall. Shower leaked onto floor. No curtain on balcony door so street lights were disturbing all night. AC had never been serviced in my opinion
Avoid room 100 studio with lateral sea view
Liked: Nice bedding and towels. The big corner suite with lots of cushions was great. Big electric black out blind. The main room floor was pristine white marble. The staff are very nice.
Disliked: We booked room 100, twin studio with lateral sea view. The first thing we noticed was the general state of decay of the room. The vinyl headboard is peeling away. The paint is flaking off in the kitchen and the terrace. The patio furniture is so old it has lost its finish, there is a hole through the table, the clothes line is hanging off and the overhead light is smashed. As well as a floor full of paint flakes, it was not in good condition. I saw 2 silverfish run from under the bed and killed another in the bathroom. The worst was going into the bathroom and the door locked from the outside. If I had been alone, I would be trapped until housekeeping came in the next day. In the kitchen most of the listed items are not there, like toaster, kettle and microwave. However there was a coffee maker with moulding coffee grounds from weeks ago. The shower nozzle sits straight up in a holder over 6 feet up. I could just about knock it down to use it. It also says it is soundproofed, which I learned from 2 to 3 am when the neighbors came in, it is definitely not.

Disliked: Apartmant was not cleaned it was very dirty,under the sitting area,sofe bits of food and dirt. Under the bed to very dirty.beding was not washed bad
Liked: The hostess is amazing, really friendly and helpful. Beautiful view & location
Disliked: There was no tv in the property eve though it was advertised and the air con was not working
