  Geweldig

Liked: I've been coming here for years, and there's a good reason for that! The comfort, location, cleanliness and staff are all excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, a few familiar faces are no longer here, but luckily, there's still one amazing team member: Hamouda! He is extremely professional, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. A real asset to this place! Somya Holland

Except the laundry incident, everything is good

Liked: The facilities and the location of the property it is hardly a kilometre from the rail station Casa Voyegers.

Disliked: An incident about laundry service, where we were told that the laundry person comes to hotel and collect laundry, so we can give laundry to reception. But as it was holiday for laundry services, they just sent the laundry back into our room, when we were outside sightseeing. Have they have informed us about it through booking. Com messages or email us, we could have done our alternatives.
