Exceptional
Disliked: The bathroom was too little, so it was the same room for the shower and the WC.
Perfect location and outstanding & genuine care for the guests
Liked: Honestly it felt like you were visiting a friend in their home. The gentleman in the front desk took care of all the details so we just took care of enjoying the city. Breakfast is really special with fresh coffee and orange juice and the view from the terrace is amazing. Location is great just in the middle of the city.
Lovely
Liked: I loved everything about this place. The decor is so welcoming and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly. The room came with a large bottle of water as well as a coffee machine and a tea kettle. The entire place feels thoughtfully designed. Unlike many places in Morocco's medinas, the windows looked outside the property. I have a great view of the mountains and one of the local squares.

Liked: Mohamed is a super helpful guy who clearly takes pride in his work. All the staff were great. It was the best breakfast I've had so far in Morocco.

Liked: The property is great including the rooms, the rooftop and the location. But what makes a place excellent is the staff. The front desk help, Mohammed did everything he mcould do make our stay enjoyable. We checked in early and he allowed us to access our room. When we asked for a lunch recommendation he personally walked us to it. We asked about doing some laundry and he took care of it for us. Marouane,the GM, took over the next day and he also did everything he could to help us. Tea served on the roof top, early breakfast, carrying our bags all the way out of the Medina to the taxi and even providing us a little snack for our 5 hour bus to Fes. The gals who worked there also did a great job with breakfast, cleaning and everything was done with a smile and great attitude by all. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we came back to Chefchaeuon. Great job guys!
Disliked: The room wasn’t the biggest, but not even a real complaint.
