Fabulous
CR7
Liked: The view was nice, bad was confortable and breakfast was very nice
Disliked: They facilities needs a bit of renovation, there was cracks in the pool
Beautiful location, very welcoming staff, just poor service all around
Liked: The hotel looks amazing and so does the rooms
Disliked: The service was horrendous, if you call reception between 1pm and 4pm nobody answers. The cleaners will forget towels and toilet roll. These few things make this a 4* hotel otherwise this surely would be 5*
Liked: Great location Great staff Good breakfast
It’s was good
Liked: Location
Disliked: The room, lack of mirrors. Tabe to the luggage
Good enough stay, but could improve
Liked: Was initially very impressed with this hotel, in the middle of the new M Avenue, provided some respite from the madness of the Medina. However, on the first night we realised our room was directly above a resturant playing very loud music. When it was still going on at 1.30am I asked to be moved rooms, which they did in the morning.
Disliked: The rooms we were in were huge, but the design left little to the imagination. Very bare, there was a big area for a bar, but nothing there. The bathroom is basically in the bedroom which is a bit awkward when not staying with your partner!
Overall is not bad
Liked: Location is good and the staff are very helpful and nice.
Disliked: The air conditioning on the first day was not working properly. There is no body lotion and hair conditioner provided.
