Fabulous
Inhospitable and unpleasant
Liked: The building is nice
Disliked: The staff was very inhospitable, we did not enjoy our stay. We had booked the double bed suite and received a twin room, after we complained they pushed the twin beds together. We also had to wait 30 minutes past the check-in time for them to prep us this incorrect room. Meanwhile no tea or water was offered. The breakfast was the worst we’ve had in Morocco, extremely poor quality and water is an extra charge. We’ve paid less for hotels with much better breakfasts and hospitality. There are many better options, would not recommend. Additionally we were woken up very early (7:30) by shouting children who’s voices easily echoed through the building and were heard through our walls, so would not recommend if you want a relaxing stay.
Liked: The people were lovely. The breakfast was good. The room was very good apart from a leak in the bathroom. Clothes hangers and a hair dryer would have been useful.

Liked: The best Place in Meknes, you feel the atmosphere right in the heart of Meknes old city, Kenza the owner is fantastic host and food is special, the silence in night is top notch, and a cheap safe parking is just 150 meters away for 2 euros a day. The terrace Is a plus.

Liked: Everything, staff were very helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, the rooftop terrace was exceptional

Good value for money
Liked: Customer service was amazing. Very helpful and kind. There was a temporary short water cut through out the city and they went all the way to the public water source and carried a heavy water bucket for us. And it was always great service.
Disliked: I didn’t like the room and bathroom much. But I think it’s very good value formoney, if you aren’t very picky.
