Fabulous
good for its value
Liked: The stuff was great and cooperative. and the place was nice for 2 nights with family. the only problem was the toilets, main toilet wasn’t the best to take shower, everything old. the extra toilet it does not has fan. but overall was good.
The perfect stay in Ouzarzate
Liked: Super spacious, comfy beds, easy check in, really responsive and helpful staff over whatsapp, and really quick walk to the central square. Highly recommend!
Was so cold don’t have anything to warm up the room have to request few times to get Orion one bath toilet wasn’t workin
Liked: Only location was good
Disliked: Have to wait 10 mint to get in also waited 1 hrs to get to they front door and Apartmint door key I was so tired need to sleep I can’t sleep without securing myself and locking apartment but he keep wait 10 mint his 10 mint end after 1hrs 30 mint
Liked: Spacious apartment very near a Carrefour supermarket. Parking under the building and a washing machine are plusses for this place. Lift from the ground floor, but not the car park so unload before parking. Decent wi-fi once we got connected to the right network.
Disliked: Check in was chaotic, and impossible if you don't have Whatsapp. Owners should ask for the details they need from you after booking, not while you are sitting outside wondering what to do. The apartment did not look like the pictures, and did not have the promised terrace. Very spartan in its decor. The smell in the bathroom was eye-watering, the door HAD to be kept shut. Very poorly equipped, no clothes drying rack (even though there is a washing machine), very little kitchen equipment, cooker could burn through electrical cables, socket for fridge hanging off and the 'dishcloth' was a filthy rag. Overall feeling that the place was not terribly clean - someone's horrible clothes and shoes had been left in a wardrobe.
Exceptional
Liked: The place was spacious, very clean and had everything you might need. Great for a family. Host was amazing and very helpful. I would definitely be my first option if in Ourzazate
Disliked: Little challenging to communicate with the host at check in if you don’t have WhatsApp.

Liked: Very modern and nice located apartment, host very helpful.
