  Security concerns

Liked: It was overwhelmed for what we didn't like and found unacceptable.

Disliked: Around 10 pm, two Israeli guests from the second floor accidentally unlocked and opened our first-floor apartment door. They locked it again immediately upon realizing we were inside. Although the manager changed our lock the next morning, we later discovered that the next room key could still open our door. Ultimately, we found out that all apartments in Residence Imlil share the exact same lock, meaning any key can open every door!

  Very welcoming and helpful staff

Liked: It was a wonderful stay! The welcome from Mr. Mohamed at the reception was exceptionally friendly. He is very attentive and does everything he can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast downstairs in the café was also well prepared. I would also like to compliment the cleaning lady: everything was spotlessly clean and well organized. Thank you, Si Mohamed, for the excellent service. Hopefully, see you again next time, in sha Allah!

Disliked: The price is fair and reflects what you get.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional staff, right in the heart of Ouarzazate - perfect for families, singles and adventu

Liked: This beautiful apartment was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Ouarzazate. The staff was amazing and communicated with us so well, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was clean and conveniently located for anything you want to do in Ouarzazate, surround by coffees, juice places and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The best part for us was the staff, who were so friendly and kind.
